MISSION

To advance the well-being of humanity by ensuring that producers, practitioners, and consumers of natural healing and wellness services and products (including Complementary and Alternative Medicine) have meaningful participation in the development of public policy, through educating policy makers and the general public and promoting the rights of individual consumers and their families to information, access, redress and choice.

PURPOSE

To provide leadership and strategic vision to focus the energy of the “natural” health constituency on the national health reform effort. The intent of HOPE is to organize HOPE Builders in each of the nation’s 9500+ Congressional and state legislative districts and train Citizen Healers as guides, helpers and information sources for policy makers.
